🔧 Counter Matrix Fixes

Fixed Marksman: Can naturally attack air units without tech
Fixed Stormcaller: Cannot attack air units (no tech available)
Fixed Scorpion: Cannot attack air units
Fixed Abyss vs Mustang: Abyss hard counters Mustangs
Fixed Wasp vs Abyss: Wasps get destroyed by Abyss AOE
Fixed Typhoon vs Sabertooth: Sabertooth counters Typhoon
Fixed Fang vs Arclight: Reduced effectiveness (needs Shield tech)

⚙️ Tech Dependency Warnings

Added Anti-Missile tech warnings for actual missile units (Stormcaller, Farseer)
Fixed: Removed incorrect missile warnings from Wasp and Typhoon (they don't use missiles)
Added Shield tech requirement (500 cost) for Fang vs Arclight
Added tech warnings for Fortress, Arclight air capabilities
Added warnings for Steel Ball, Phoenix, Scorpion tech requirements
